Owing a condo should be an enjoyable experience. To get the most out of living in your condo it is important to understand exactly what you are purchasing, what you are buying into, what’s expected of you, and what you can expect.
To be fully informed while buying or selling a condo, you need to be aware of any rules, regulations, fees, anticipated increases or special assessments, restrictions, articles of incorporation, bylaws, pending litigation, and future improvements already approved that might affect the sale. A status certificate and accompanying documentation contains this information and can be produced 10 days from receipt of payment.
Please remember that from the date of payment we have 10 business days to produce the certificate. The cost of a regular status certificate is $100. If you require the certificate to be produced quicker, we can put a rush on it and get it to you within 5 business days for an additional $50. Once the Certificate is ready for you, we will contact you to pick it up. Note - please note that we only accept cash or cheque for status certificates.
