To be fully informed while buying or selling a condo, you need to be aware of any rules, regulations, fees, anticipated increases, special assessments, restrictions, articles of incorporation, bylaws, pending litigation, and future improvements already approved that may affect the real estate transaction. A status certificate and accompanying documentation containing this information can be ordered here.

 

Many of the requests for status certificates we receive have some urgency to them, especially in today's real estate market. Therefore, to expedite the process, we have a couple of rush options for you to choose from. We offer 3 or 5 business day rush status certificates to fit your requirements.

 

Please select one of our expedited options below so we can put a rush on it and get it to you within the timelines chosen. Once we receive the payment and confirmation, our team will get the Certificate package ready for you and send it to the email address provided.
